Eligible for return
- Unused and unworn items
- Original tags attached on clothing, shoes, and bags
- Hockey sticks with manufacturer stickers and barcodes still attached
- Returns started within 30 days of receipt
Not eligible for return
- Personalised or bespoke items, including printed names, numbers, or embroidered club badges
- Under garments and base layers
- Products clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description

Refunds, exchanges & faulty items
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For non-GBP orders, the final amount may vary due to exchange rates at the time of refund.
Exchanges
We recommend returning your item for a refund and ordering the replacement online. This is the quickest and simplest option.
Faulty items
If an item is repairable, it will be repaired rather than replaced. Some products may be sent to the manufacturer, and repair timelines can take up to 28 days.
Hockey stick returns
What to know
- We do not accept hockey stick returns older than 6 months.
- Manufacturers usually only replace sticks that are clearly faulty and have failed very early in use.
- Wear to the head, stick clashes, and normal gameplay damage are not covered.
Not covered
- Paint chips, scratches, nicks, loose particles, rattles, grip unravelling, and cosmetic label cracking
- Worn heels, vibration, or other effects of normal use
- Damage caused by hitting the ball with either edge of the stick, including reverse-edge hitting

How long do I have to return an item?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Do you offer direct exchanges?
No. The fastest option is to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order online.
Can I return a customised product?
No, unless the product is genuinely faulty or damaged. Custom products cannot usually be resold.
What if my return arrives damaged or badly packed?
If the condition of the product or packaging reduces resale value, up to 35% may be deducted from the refund.
